Exchange Policy

Making It Right, Stitch by Stitch

At The Thread Tales, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange

We currently offer exchanges only (no returns or refunds) under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Only size-related or defect-related exchanges are accepted.
  • Customized or altered items, sale items, and shawls are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at thethreadtalespk@gmail.com or message us on [WhatsApp or other contact method] within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, reason for exchange, and if applicable, photos of the item.
  • Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us.
  • We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • All decisions regarding exchange approval rest with The Thread Tales and are final.
